Transition Coaching

Maybe you have recently moved country, changed career, been recently promoted, made redundant, are retiring, have become a parent, come out of a relationship or are experiencing some other form of life or career transition. Whether this change is welcomed or not you might be feeling like you are swimming in unchartered waters. You might be feeling a bit out of your depth and thinking "where did my confidence go?", "why do I feel so lost?".  It's completely normal to feel overwhelmed and unsure of yourself during times like these. Maybe you're even holding back, afraid to take action or speak up for yourself, and that's frustrating because deep down, you know you've got more to offer than what's showing right now. 


This is where Transition Coaching comes in, I will offer you the space to stop for a moment, catch your breath and recalibrate. I will help you get clarity, learn about yourself more, identify your blocks and limiting beliefs. From there you will start to tune in to yourself more, learn to trust yourself more, build your confidence and little by little move forward with your change with more ease and self reliance. And not just that, though transition coaching you can really lean into the change and start to enjoy it and embrace it and start to show up as a better version of yourself. You can move from surviving in your transition to thriving.
